2026 Wedding Fair Cancellation

It is with deep sadness and that we have made the decision to cancel the 2026 Colorful Weddings fair. This would have been our 5th year and we were planning a special celebration with all our vendors.

With the current administration & federal occupation of Minneapolis, is already affecting our BIPOC businesses and our clients; we did not want to put both our vendors & clients at additional risk with a public event.

This event, has been a cornerstone for BIPOC vendors and couples planning their big day. We generally have 30+ vendors, and attract a a crowd of 200+ people planning their days, playing a crucial role in connecting clients with trusted professionals that understood their specific needs. Its absence will be felt, and we look forward to coming back when we are able.

In the meantime, we will put our energy into building and amplifying our community, and look forward to another fair when we are able.
