I am a full time, entrepreneur woman who started my business in the midst of a pandemic last year in June 2021. I’ve been in the food industry for over a decade. Became a pastry chef at age 23, and went on to continue pursuing that career and became the Executive Pastry Chef of Interlachen Country Club at age 25. Today I am the proud Owner and Founder of Amour Patisserie. My favorite thing to make are hand piped floral wedding cakes. When I am not in the kitchen baking, I enjoy connecting with new people, reading personal development books, experimenting with nails art and anything artistic.
