Sawatdee has been providing award winning Thai cuisine since 1983. We have 3 restaurant locations, a food truck and a full service catering business. I am the daughter of the original founder, Supenn Harrison. My sister and I took over the business about 13 years ago. Supenn is still actively involved but at 76 she isn’t in the day to day operations anymore. As a Macalester grad, I moved out East and worked with an environmental non profit and then in alumni relations at the University of Pennsylvania. I worked with alumni of color on connecting with one another through event planning. This is where I learned about the importance of connecting through events and how meaningful events can be.
